The service

AcademyBot provides an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant for tuition academies and coaching centers in Pakistan. By signing up, you agree to provide accurate information about your academy and to use the service for legitimate academy communication only.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your fee, schedule and admission information accurate and up to date in your Academy Portal. AcademyBot replies based on the information you provide — we are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information you have not updated.

Account and password

You are responsible for keeping your portal login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at hello@academybot.tech if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed annually. You will receive an email confirmation when payment is received and a reminder email before your subscription expires. Continued use of the service after expiry requires renewal.

Acceptable use

You may not use AcademyBot to send unsolicited bulk messages, misleading information, or content unrelated to your academy's legitimate operations.

Changes to the service

We may update these terms or the features of the service from time to time. Continued use of AcademyBot after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
