What we collect

When you request a demo or sign up your academy, we collect the information you provide directly your name, academy name, phone number, email address, city and any message you send us. Once your academy is active, we also process WhatsApp messages sent to your connected number so our AI assistant can reply to parents and students on your behalf.

How we use it

We use this information to set up and operate your academy's WhatsApp assistant, respond to demo requests, send account and subscription notifications by email, and improve the accuracy of automated replies. We do not sell your data or your students' data to third parties.

WhatsApp conversations

Messages exchanged between parents/students and your academy's WhatsApp number are processed to generate replies and are visible to you, the academy owner, inside your Academy Portal. They are not shared with other academies or used for advertising.

Data storage

Your data is stored on secured servers used to operate AcademyBot. Passwords are stored using one-way encryption (hashing) and are never visible to our team in plain text.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your academy's data, or request that it be deleted, by emailing hello@academybot.tech.
